Petrina works side by side with husband Pat, at Ryan Designer Homes. Her interest in building began in NZ in 1996 when she purchased a flagging franchise. Within 18 months she had built it into the top seller in the area and proceeded to win awards within building industry. At that point Petrina amalgamated with Pats business and they've worked as a team ever since.
In a male dominated industry, Petrina has started to step back from the role of selling and project managing and now adds those womanly touches that are often forgotten in good floor design, like
in- floor power points, balance of rooms , feature lights for moods, and detailing each and every kitchen and vanity for her clients .She also has an uncanny skill at envisioning a home before its completion so can suggest ideas to make your home both beautiful and livable. Petrina is known as the “gap filler “-eg dabbles in all aspects of the business.
Family: Married Pat while they were in England, 21 years ago. Petrina is also Mom to two boys and one much loved labradoodle, Misty. Petrina delights in family weekends away and sharing their mutual love of water sports and snow skiing.
Hobbies: Petrina is a gym junkie, loves water sports, snow skiing, and walking with Misty.
Life Satisfaction: Spending quality time with the family mixed with setting goals and achieving them. Finding new and exciting ideas to incorporate into the building industry.
