Family: Happily married to Bob Stuart (occasionally heard here on ABC Coast FM). They have two children - Kiri, who graduated from Murdoch Uni with a Media Degree, and James, who graduates in July from Canberra’s ANU with an International Law and Commerce Degree.
Hobbies: Rowing is a passion that commenced when Di moved to Noosa in 2002. She has competed at 4 Australian National Masters Championships, the Pan Pacific Games, and was selected to represent Queensland in a Quad. Winning gold at the recent Nationals, Di is now training to compete in the World Masters Rowing Championships in Sydney in September this year. Good luck Di!!
Life Satisfaction: Di savours simple life pleasures: Living on their property on the shores of Lake Macdonald with 3 pet horses (Scruffy, Eclipse and Asif); Having the kids come home to visit; Taking long rides through the rainforests of Noosa; Rowing on the Lake or on the beautiful Noosa River first thing in the morning.. it's so calm and beautiful.
Surprise Us: Di has great fun when she has opportunity to teach young children to ride and enjoy horses safely.
