Building Designers Association of Queensland (BDAQ) this month bestowed a regional award on O Display Design for Best New Home between 251m² to 350m². Ryan Designer Homes has been honoured with the 2011 Housing Industry Association Australian Project Home of the Year Award at the residential building industry's prestigious awards ceremony recognizing the nation's top builders and designers. It was the Cubism 2 design customised for clients and featuring minimalist luxury, that sparked the judges appreciation.
HIA Managing Director Shane Goodwin gave his professional feedback saying, "I would like to congratulate all our award winners who really do represent the 'best in the business. The bar is raised higher each year, making the judging process tougher, reflecting continual innovation and improvements in quality and design." Homes Created for Rest and Relaxation If you are like most people these days, your life is busy with work, family, and all those continual little tasks that take up our time. From grocery shopping to filling the car with petrol, getting it done and getting home is high on most priority lists.
How great would it be to arrive home and have your own comfy cozy little spot ear-marked for a bit of R and R?! You could dive right in, put your feet up, and sup on your favourite beverage. Recently I read an article about the value of having a little chill out space at home simply for 'taking a break'. And I mused on how Ryan Designer Homes have been creating custom 'break out areas' for clients for many years. These individualized spaces of tranquillity are a mini holiday on their own.

Sue Dalmeyer Nov 2010 I saw the company office in Mooloolaba and thought.. how wonderful it would be to work for a company with their design ethics and quality... the rest is history! Family life:Husband, Bob is a car wholesaler; 3 Daughters: Cerrita, the oldest is a flight attendant; Dyani is a Supervisor with Jetstar; and Breeanna, the youngest, is a travel consultant with Flight Centre.. so we really have travel covered! Hobbies: Cooking, Movies, Reading in particularly books and magazines on Interior Design, I do play a spot of golf every now and then if time allows. My family give me the most satisfaction, my daughters all have great husbands and families and are very happy... What more could I ask for!! I love spending as much time as possible with them: oldest is Brodie a boy 12, then Inez a little girl of 3, then Eden a little girl who is nearly 3yrs, and our most recent arrival just weeks ago is another gorgeous little girl, Winter Lillian.
