You are Invited to the "O" Display Home! Welcome to our newest display home, simply called O. We opened just before Christmas and have been greeting curious visitors ever since. If you look closely in the photo below, you can see a light strip of blue in the middle. Well... that is indeed the sky inside the home, so it's no surprise people are curious!
Comments have ranged from "It's very retro isn't it", to "This is great, it's so perfect for our climate here." If you haven't yet been to see it, visit Cath or Sue any day of the week between 10am - 5pm, and tell them what YOU think.

International Clients Get to Know the Sunshine Coast Coming from Western Europe, we needed to gain a better understanding of how living in a sub-tropical environment impacts your lifestyle behaviour. Hence, we rented on the Sunshine Coast for a couple of years, before we were ready to build.
Furthermore, having purchased a large size north facing piece of land with golf course frontage, we decided to optimise the fairway outlook by incorporating an upstairs veranda. In terms of the house's overall "feel" we opted for open plan with a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor. The house needed to have good natural ventilation in order to minimise the use of air conditioning and, as an added luxury for those cool winter evenings, a gas fire in the lounge. The high ceilings and large glass windows provide a light and airy atmosphere, whilst timber floors and doors and the granite work surfaces make the house feel warm and friendly. Having bought the land and defined the functional requirements of the property, we then set about finding the the right organisation to design and build the home.

Family life: We chose Peregian Springs since it provided good schooling at the nearby St Andrews Anglican College for our daughter Tunde, a private member's golf club to enable Russell to pursue his passion for golf and close proximity to the shops of Noosa and Maroochydore for Anita. Home Highlight: We have been living in our beautiful home for 5 months and thoroughly enjoying the experience. We have been inundated with numerous guests; the pool and garden are in continuous use by Tunde and her friends; Anita's catering is benefiting from having a great kitchen. As for Russell's golf - well we would rather not talk about that. |
