We have never provided a testimonial to any builder before but when asked by a sales consultant during a recent visit to Ryan's display home at Pelican Waters on the Sunshine Coast, we decided that our experience with this builder a few years ago was worth the time to provide a few words of satisfaction.

We built a home on Kawana Island with Ryan Designer Homes in 2001 after being impressed with the layout, standard of finish and price of another Ryan display home on the island at the time. We have had previous homes built by other builders who we generally rated as acceptable but never outstanding.

Our experience with Ryan was very professional with personal contact commencing with Pat and Petrina Ryan as soon as the initial deposit was paid. Our selections on finish came with advice from Petrina based on her experience with what worked and what didn't. We took notice of her suggestions because of the finishes presented in their display homes. The selections were fully documented and included in the contract. The completed home was presented to us on time for the contract price plus a few negotiated extras initiated by us, and to their display home standard.

We were extremely happy with the whole experience. We would have no hesitation in building with Ryan Designer Homes again."

Our initial talks with Pat were good and his introduction to the design group was very good. They obviously listen to the client and the first drawings that came back were spot on and only needed a little fine tuning as to our needs. For most of us, the family home is our biggest investment. When buying, building or selling, our stress levels greatly increase because we want to be absolutely sure that we don't make a mistake.

We have built four times and can truthfully say that we had no major problems. However, the last time we built, it was with Ryan Designer Homes and it was a breeze. From the first time we met Pat and Petrina Ryan we felt confident. We first inspected one of their display homes and liked what we saw. Dear Petrina and Pat,

Bob and I wish to thank you and your crew for building our beautiful home at 37 Lakeside Drive Peregian Springs. We’ve only been in the home for 5 weeks and al lthough it is an investment property for us, we have become very attached to the home and absolutely enjoy being in it. We listed the property on Sunday the 24th July and it sold within 2 and half hours of signing the listing with the real estate agent to the first buyer who walked in the home within the price range we hoped for. The home is perfect taking in the view of the golfing green.
